Treehouse presents Club del Rio, Juan Espiga & Joe Woodham.
A warm welcome to The Bear for Club del Rio, a hugely popular Spanish band formed in Madrid in 2013. They may be the first artists to play here whose top 5 tracks on Spotify all have over 1 million streams (okay, the fifth sits at 959,782 and counting… ).
Their distinct sound blends indie-pop, rock, and folk influences. Their music is characterised by catchy melodies, dynamic arrangements, and emotive lyrics that touch on themes of love, nostalgia, and personal growth.
Also performing is Juan Espiga, a Spanish folk jazz artist who has carved out a unique sound that blends traditional Spanish folk music with contemporary jazz elements. His music showcases intricate fingerpicking guitar work, soulful melodies, and inventive arrangements that draw on a wide range of influences.
Opening the show will be Joe Woodham. Born in Luton but now living on the south coast, Joe will perform songs from his latest album, Worldwide Weather.
