DAISY CHUTE AND FRIENDS

Fresh from touring in America, South Korea, and Scandinavia, folk/Americana/jazz artist Daisy Chute returns to The Bear Club as part of her autumn tour with fellow artist James Walker. Expect an evening of beautifully penned and exquisitely performed songs from these multi-instrumentalist talents on guitar, banjo, and piano, plus special guest appearances from world-class artists Tom Dibb and Hannigan.

Daisy Chute is an American-Scottish folk singer and songwriter. A banjo-wielding multi-instrumentalist, her musical roots are born out of her transatlantic heritage, and she writes award-winning, intelligent songs with stories, performing them with spine-tingling vocals and intricate instrumentation.

Possessing a "gorgeous voice" (Guy Garvey, Elbow) and recognised as a "committed, professional and creative songwriter" (Sir Ray Davies, The Kinks), Daisy and her original music are featured regularly on radio and television.

As a dual national, Daisy performs in both the UK and the US, with recent tours in America and numerous festival appearances, including Glastonbury Green Futures, Cornbury, Love Supreme, Black Deer, Edinburgh International Fringe, and Summertyne.

James Walker
James is an artist from London who creates left-field, alternative indie music and has performed in over 1,250 concerts, accumulating over 25,000,000 streams, alongside national radio play in the UK and USA, where he was BBC Introducing's Artist of the Week, and received national Radio 6 airplay on his song "Voyant."

Tom Dibb
You may already know Tom from previous Bear Club appearances or from the popular Campervan Live Lounge and Chapel Dog Live music series he runs. If you haven't heard him yet, get ready for a beautifully gutsy performance! Tom tells his stories with undertones of blues, roots, and folk, growing through a forest of soaring acoustic goodness. With two full-length albums under his belt, Tom has found his sound, supported by an ever-growing loyal fan base who follow him not only across his home turf in the UK but also across the globe.

Hannigan
Liam Hannigan is a traveling singer-songwriter. True to his English-Irish roots, he has created a unique sound only identifiable as his own – acoustic soulful folk with distinct influences of carefree surf rock.
