We welcome Edison Herbert back to The Bear with his band for a special bank holiday weekend Sunday gig a year after their storming debut.

Edison is a highly acclaimed jazz guitarist known for his virtuosic performances and captivating improvisations with a career spanning over three decades. He has established himself as a prominent figure in the jazz music scene, captivating audiences worldwide with his unique blend of technical prowess, soulful melodies, and innovative compositions. His impeccable guitar skills, combined with a deep understanding of jazz traditions and a fearless approach to musical exploration, have earned him critical acclaim and a dedicated fan base.

Edison’s influences include the greats of jazz guitar: George Benson, Wes Montgomery, and Grant Green, among others. He has collaborated with some of the industry’s finest talents, including Grammy Award-winning artists, renowned jazz ensembles and celebrated vocalists.

Edison takes the audience on a journey through the vibrant landscapes of contemporary jazz, blending original compositions with modern jazz standards showcasing his mastery of the guitar and delivering a rich, soulful sound that resonates with both longtime jazz enthusiasts and new listeners alike.
