Elsadie and The Bobcats are an exciting jazz fusion band, performing everything from jazz canon standards by legends like Peggy Lee, Ella Fitzgerald, and Nina Simone, to their own unique arrangements of pop classics from artists such as Beyoncé.
Kirstin Elsadie Knight is a singer-songwriter based in the UK who attended the world-renowned Sylvia Young Theatre School in London and further honed her skills at the Songwriting School of Los Angeles.
She has had five songs featured on BBC Introducing and achieved two top-ten Music Week chart hits. Kirstin has performed at prestigious venues, including the Royal Albert Hall, Islington Assembly Hall, The Natural History Museum, and The O2 in the UK, as well as Cleopatra's Needle, Cafe Wha?, and Smoke Jazz Club in the US.
The Bobcats recently completed a live TV recording at Sunderland University’s David Putnam Media Centre for the North East’s biggest radio station, Spark FM.
Genuinely fuelled by a passion for music and arrangement, The Bobcats take the audience on a musical journey through time in the most fun and enchanting way.
