Making a welcome return to The Bear Club, Jazz Dynamos is a five-piece band that takes well-known songs from the 70s and 80s and transforms them with a mix of jazz, bossa, and samba.
Their unique set of exuberant, entertaining, and original contemporary jazz arrangements includes hits by Dolly Parton, Madonna, U2, The Police, A-ha, and Britney Spears.
Fronted by world-class vocalist Lucy Randell, Jazz Dynamos has performed sold-out shows at the legendary Ronnie Scott’s and Soho’s Pizza Express Jazz Club, and played at festivals across the UK and Europe, as well as private events for British and Hollywood royalty.
Jazz Dynamos features Lucy Randell (vocals and percussion), Mark Adelman (keyboard), Anders Janes (double bass), Dominique Metz (drums and backing vocals), and Stewart Curtis (sax, flute, and piccolo).
