We welcome award winning blues scene stalwart and guitar maestro Robin Bibi and his band to The Bear Club for the first time in their own right.
Over the last 25 years The Robin Bibi Band have earned their reputation as one of the tightest and most exiting, original and entertaining blues/rock bands in the UK playing all the major UK blues festivals and releasing a dozen albums. The Robin Bibi Band was born in the late 90s when Robin was inspired to start his own Texas Style Blues/ Rock band after having worked as a session man with such artists as the Pretty Things, Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, Ben E. King and Helen Shapiro to name but a few.
The band have played all the major UK blues festivals and have toured extensively in Europe, Ireland, Scandinavia and the USA!
Robin has been nominated by the British Blues awards in several categories and won an award for best Guitar Solo from the WRC! The band continue their never ending mission to spread their own personal brand of the blues.
