Route to Reinhardt is an authentic gypsy jazz band consisting of English and Polish manouche, bringing the swinging vibe of ‘30s and ‘40s Paris into the 21st century.
Lead guitarist is the sensational 12 year old Amos Dean, who is sweeping the jazz scene and has already gained a following from the likes of Jimmy Rosenberg, Sal Tine (New York), Killy Nonis and many more. He will be on stage with Jimmy himself this November.
Rhythm and back up guitarist is Ducato, a Polish-born manouche guitarist, bringing the original sound of the tight powerful gypsy rhythm.
On the clarinet we have Lucy T, a real marvel to hear, delivering upbeat tones that generate the feeling of jazz in the highest order.
And bonding the whole band together is the mad bassist Georgie R, bringing killer solos and vibes that you feel from your head to your toes.
