Local singer-songwriter Tremaine Dawkins will be joining us during her UK tour, performing songs from her new album Something About Love. The album is a beautifully eclectic blend of jazz, soul and gospel music, which centres around the theme of love.
Tremaine’s influences include Alicia Keys, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder and Yebba, but she still manages to carve out her own unique sound. Her impressive vocal range, velvet tones, electrifying improvisations and audience interaction make for an exhilarating live show.
She has performed with disco legends Odyssey, directed CK Gospel Choir, and provided backing vocals for Beverley Knight and Mica Paris.
