LADY NADE + SUPPORT

Lady Nade

Lady Nade is one of those artists who seems to be everywhere. With a nomination for Artist of the Year at the AMAUK Awards in 2023 and a Song of the Year win at the UK Americana Awards in 2022, she stands as one of the UK's most distinctive voices. Recognised as one of Bristol's Most Influential Women in 2022 by Bristol Live, she's an award-winning songstress of extraordinary calibre.

Lady Nade's music embodies all the elements we love but defies easy categorisation, blending folk, Americana, soul, jazz, blues, and roots into a captivating tapestry that is entirely her own. Her compositions explore themes of love, friendship, loss, and hope, resonating with a global audience. She also does a mean cover version - check out her EP, which includes great versions of Lucinda Williams’ "Car Wheels on a Gravel Road", Gillian Welch’s "Everything is Free", and Sister Rosetta Tharpe’s "My Journey to the Sky", as well as her superb recent performance at The Hat Factory singing Nina Simone.

Her career to date spans three impactful albums, earning acclaim from esteemed publications like Folk Radio, Americana UK, and The Guardian. Lady Nade's latest album release, Willing, soared on both the official folk and Americana charts.

For those drawn to Yola, Amethyst Kiah, Allison Russell, KT Tunstall, and other legends such as Joan Armatrading, Janis Joplin, Nina Simone, or Joni Mitchell, Lady Nade’s music is a perfect fit.

Eliza Delf & The Wilderness

Support will be from Eliza Delf & The Wilderness, a Norwich-based band led by singer-songwriter Eliza Delf. Their music is defiantly genre-defying, but might be filed under indie folk-rock with gothic blood running through its veins. Eliza attracts favourable comparisons with Kate Bush, Florence Welch, and Sandy Denny - mesmerising vocals with beautifully crafted songs, brought to vivid life by a talented and creative band.

There is no mistaking the tender, powerful, velveteen vocals of Lady Nade
