Nick Edwards is a singer/songwriter from Luton who was catapulted into the limelight with his surprise induction into the hit talent show, 'Britains Got Talent', which aired on ITV in April 2022, sparking a global viral reaction and becoming one of the most watched auditions. Nick sings gorgeous acoustic-style songs with Americana, country, and soul influences. He is considered very much an emerging talent on the UK country/Americana scene.
Nick performed a song called 'Daddy's Little Girls', which trended worldwide on YouTube (top ten) within 48 hours of the audition being aired and has been viewed well over 400 million times and counting. Within a year of its release, Nick had 6 No.1s, 18 Top 10s, and 38 Top 100s, receiving global interest from over 172 countries.
Following the release of his “1960” EP in 2023, which reached No.3 in the UK country charts, Nick and his songwriting quickly gathered momentum within the UK country/Americana scene. His songs are regularly featured on Countryline radio, and he has performed at country music festivals, including Country of the Coast, Buckle & Boots & Countryroad Festival.
