We’re delighted to support local talent as we welcome Lutonian singer-songwriter SK & the Kings to The Bear for the first time, coinciding with the launch of her debut EP.
SK brings a unique blend of jazz, R&B, and soul, weaving together rich and emotional lyrics with soulful vocals backed by her talented band, the Kings.
With support and airplay from both BBC Introducing and BBC Radio 1, 2023 saw SK take the stage at renowned venues such as Pizza Express Live, and captivate crowds as the headliner at Jodie Bryant’s Discover Live.
SK & the Kings have kept up the momentum into 2024, supporting Lucy Rose at The Ned Parlour, as well as performing at Honor Morrison’s Good Vibes Only. SK’s recently released singles, ''Adored'' and ''Tears'', set the stage for SK & the Kings’ debut EP, due for release this summer.
